Disclaimer – We pride ourselves in our quality painting, branding and color matching program. We do however understand there might be a discrepancy. We do not guarantee the color on the renderings and printouts, however, should you not be satisfied we do offer a $600 restocking fee.
Remember to always charge your battery every 2-3 weeks when not in use. Failure to charge the battery regularly results in the lithium battery cells dying and voids EBC's battery warranty.
EBC offers a 2 year warranty against manufacturer defects, but if a battery does not recharge because the battery was not charged regularly and went dead overtime – it will not be able to recharge. You will need to send the battery to EBC for replacement. Customers can either drop off and pick up the battery for free or pay for shipment of the battery to be shipped to and from our location for repair. There is no repair cost or exchange cost to fix or exchange the battery within the first 30 days should EBC determine the malfunction is due to manufacturer defect. After 30 days, all warranty related labor charges will be at the standard EBC rate. If Customer fails to charge battery for an extended period of time and the battery cannot be awakened from "sleep mode," Customer is responsible for the cost to replace the battery. The cost for an exchange is $399 for a standard battery and $499 for an upgraded battery. Customer will receive a new battery and EBC will retain the old battery. Customers will incur the shipping cost to do a battery exchange. After 2 years, Customer must pay the full retail price of a new standard or upgraded battery.
Water damage is not covered under the battery warranty.
EBC strongly recommends that after 2 years, customers send their batteries to EBC for service or replacement. EBC takes no responsibility thereafter for battery degradation such as dead/unbalanced cells or malfunction. Failure to properly maintain or replace battery after 2 years could result in catastrophic consequences, including but not limited to battery malfunction, sparking, explosion or a battery fire.
Use a regular wall outlet to charge your battery. Do not use any other type of outlet, such as an RV outlet or a converter or an inverter, or any other charger not recommended by EBC.
Failure to comply with these instructions could lead to catastrophic consequences, including but not limited to battery malfunction, sparking, explosion or a battery fire. EBC is not responsible or liable for any damage caused by battery misuse and/or charging the battery in any other manner than per EBC instructions.

We offer a 10 year warranty against manufacturer defect, but if it’s because the motor was damaged from abuse, neglect, misuse, or accident, you will either need a new motor or send back to us for repair. Customers can either drop off and pick up the motor for free or pay for shipment of the motor to be shipped to and from our location for repair. There is no repair cost or exchange cost to fix or exchange the motor within the first 30 days if it was due to manufacturer defect. After 30 days, each motor repair will incur a labor charge, which varies dependent on the repair type. If you would rather exchange the motor instead of getting it repaired, the cost to do an exchange is $399. You will receive a new motor and we will retain the old motor. Customers will incur the shipping cost to do a motor exchange. After 10 years, you will need to pay the full retail price of a new motor. Please contact our Customer Support team for information regarding our motor warranty.

We are not satisfied unless you are completely satisfied. We ask that you give our E-bikes a few rides before coming to this conclusion. We believe that we have produced a high quality product that you will love. Should you decide your bike is not for you, please contact our team within 30 days to make arrangements.

The ebike must have less than fifty (50) miles on the odometer, be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, alarm fobs, etc.). Simply repack the E-bike with the original shipping material and box.
All refunds will be processed after item has been received and inspected. (Please note that any damages incurred to a returned bike will be deducted from the refund amount) A net value will be evaluated, and a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
All cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days from receipt of notice of cancellation.
Custom color helmets are non-returnable.

We build, test, and inspect each ebike to perfection. Once we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email and estimated delivery time.
We will notify you when the E-bike is ready to ship and again when it leaves our premises. We will also forward you the tracking information, so that you can follow the shipment. Shipping takes about 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location. The shipping agency will contact you about 24 hours before delivery to set up a time window that works for you.
Wanted an alternative to a Sur ron that didn't hurt the bank quite as much as in my research came across the Freego X2. Saw there was a Pro version so emailed HIVE who helped me out with the differences and bit the bullet and bought. I'm sure glad I did! The Freego X2 Pro is really a fun blast and its quite light weight even with a steel frame.
The wires are all waterproof so that's good since I was concerned about snow season. I got a red but might buy a blue up later down the track (if any remain) just to have a collection! 10/10
I've had three electric bikes, and this is the best one. I love the larger size, super comfortable if you are a taller rider.
This bike is a blast! I was skeptical at first buying online but my buddy has one and the bikeshop was out of stock. I contacted HIVE and they let me know they are a reseller for Freego. Got a great deal on the bike and it came about 7 days later.

Absolutely in love with mine! This is such a fun scooter to ride well worth the investment. I use it to get to work and on the weekends I go up into the hills and let loose! Fun is 10/10!
The Serial 1 Rush City Step Thru is a solid e-bike, man. It’s real smooth when you ride, and the power kicks in right when you need it. The step-thru frame makes it easy to hop on and off, which is great if you’re just runnin errands or whatever. The battery lasts pretty long too, enough for a day's ride around town. Only thing is, it’s kinda pricey, but you're gettin Harley-Davidson tech, so maybe that’s worth it. Overall it’s good for cruisin, especially if you want something simple and reliable.
