All claims to this warranty must be made through Bugattiscooters and submitted to services@bugattiscootersna.com. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product is required to be submitted alongside any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, you are encouraged to contact Bugattiscooters via services@bugattiscootersna.com, as there may be a simple fix for your problem that does not necessitate filing a claim. Valid warranty claims made within 90 days of initial purchase will be processed through Bugattiscooters.
A deposit is required to replace the LCD display, motor, controller, and/or battery, which will be refunded in full upon receival by Bugattiscooters of the parts that need to be replaced.
Bugattiscooters will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers must provide this evidence by email.
Attention: Bugattiscooters will offer free components and replacement parts (while shipping fees are not included), and any installation fees will not be covered by Bugattiscooters without the after-sales team’s authorization.
In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact services@bugattiscootersna.com and provide us with photo or video proof.
No free accessories are eligible for replacement or compensation if they are scratched during transportation.
NOTICE: We will not accept shipping damage claims filed more than 7 days after receipt of any products.
Please note: Keep the original shipping box in a good shape in case you'd like to issue a return afterwards.
If you're not 100% satisfied with your product purchase, we'd love to help.
You have 15 days from the day you receive your product to request a refund (as long as your product is in an as new condition). All you need to do is contact services@bugattiscootersna.com and let us know that you want to initiate a refund request. You'll need to include proof of your purchase and the same card that you used when you originally purchased the product.
One of our friendly colleagues will then be happy to process the refund for you. Terms and conditions apply.
In addition to your consumer rights and subject to the remainder of this section, if you change your mind and decide you no longer want your Bugatti scooters, you have the right to return the Bugattiscooters within 15 days of purchase.
Please note that you will be required to pay the shipping cost if there are no quality issues.
If the product needs to be returned or exchanged due to serious product quality issues, the shipping fee shall be borne by us.
Your product must be clean and in good condition in order to be eligible for a refund. Products that are dirty, scratched, or otherwise damaged (with the exception of minor superficial dirt) will NOT be accepted for return. Furthermore, the mileage displayed on the product must be less than 10 miles.
You must also return the charger, battery key, manuals, and any other components, as well as your online order confirmation. Bugatti scooters reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange request if you do not have a receipt or order confirmation.
Used products can only be returned via shipment. If your request is approved by Bugatti scooters, you will receive a written confirmation and a shipping label. Please ensure that you have both of these before shipping them.

Once we have received the product, our after-sales service will check if the product has been used in the proper way. After inspection, if there is no issue, you will get a refund within 5 business days. We will refund you.
Order Cancellation: If you cancel the product order that was placed in 2 hours, the processing fee will not be charged. If a customer ordered the wrong model and wants to place a new order, after the second order is received, the original order will not be charged any processing fee.
If you cancel orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet, 8% of the product cost will be charged as a processing fee.
If you cancel the accessory order that was placed in 2 hours, the processing fee will not be charged. If it exceeds 2 hours, 25% of the order amount will be charged as a processing fee.
Change of Address: There is no fee for address changes before shipping.
Replacements and exchanges: If the customer does not place a new order or the total amount is significantly lower than the original order, a 10% processing fee of the original order will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Order Cancellation: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the product cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $30. Bugatti scooters will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package.
Please Note: We do not accept returns for accessories that are not quality problems.
Change of Address: If you successfully change your address, $20 will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to change your address, you may refuse the package and 10% of the product cost will be charged as a reshipping fee. And the costomer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $30. Total fee are 10% of product cost+$30.
Replacements and exchanges:
A)If you successfully exchange the item, $20 will be charged as a processing fee.
B) If you fail to change, you may reject the package and 10% of the product cost will be charged as a reshipping fee.
C) If you fail to reject the item and still want to cancel the order, 10% of the product cost will be charged as the processing fees and the costomer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $30. Total fee are 10% of product cost+$30.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 2-3 working days.
If you haven’t received the refund within 2-3 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is official posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at services@bugattiscootersna.com.
If you wish to make a return outside of the 15-day window, then if the item to be returned is in new and unused condition, you may return the item subject to the return shipping charges and a restocking fee in the amount of twenty percent (20%) of the purchase price.
Absolutely loving my Serial 1 SWITCH/MTN! It’s smooth, powerful, and handles trails like a beast—Harley really nailed it. I’m 33 and from Arizona, so trust me, this thing eats desert terrain for breakfast.
Wanted an alternative to a Sur ron that didn't hurt the bank quite as much as in my research came across the Freego X2. Saw there was a Pro version so emailed HIVE who helped me out with the differences and bit the bullet and bought. I'm sure glad I did! The Freego X2 Pro is really a fun blast and its quite light weight even with a steel frame.
The wires are all waterproof so that's good since I was concerned about snow season. I got a red but might buy a blue up later down the track (if any remain) just to have a collection! 10/10
I've had three electric bikes, and this is the best one. I love the larger size, super comfortable if you are a taller rider.
This bike is a blast! I was skeptical at first buying online but my buddy has one and the bikeshop was out of stock. I contacted HIVE and they let me know they are a reseller for Freego. Got a great deal on the bike and it came about 7 days later.

The Serial 1 Rush City Step Thru is a solid e-bike, man. It’s real smooth when you ride, and the power kicks in right when you need it. The step-thru frame makes it easy to hop on and off, which is great if you’re just runnin errands or whatever. The battery lasts pretty long too, enough for a day's ride around town. Only thing is, it’s kinda pricey, but you're gettin Harley-Davidson tech, so maybe that’s worth it. Overall it’s good for cruisin, especially if you want something simple and reliable.
